1. Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for anyone feeling stressed, emotionally tired, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. It is especially supportive for women seeking a safe, loving, and non-judgmental space for healing and inner transformation.
2. Is this a medical or psychiatric center?
No. We are not a hospital or clinical treatment center. We offer a holistic, meditative, and Ayurvedic environment that supports emotional and mental well-being through natural healing, awareness, and rest.
3. Is this retreat only for women?
Our retreat welcomes all, but we hold special programs and protected spaces for women, focused on emotional healing, safety, and inner empowerment.
4. What is Panchkarma and is it compulsory?
Panchkarma is an Ayurvedic detox and purification therapy for the body and nervous system. It is optional and always customized according to individual needs and comfort.

It is said, you are what you eat. ‘Anna Brahma’ – When your food designed according to your body & serve with love is a combination then it heals your body, mind & soul.

No. This is a spiritual but non-religious space. No rituals, no dogma, no belief system — only awareness and inner exploration.
8. Can I come alone?
Yes. Many guests come alone. In fact, solo journeys often bring the deepest transformation.
9. Is this safe for international guests?
Yes. We welcome guests from around the world. The retreat is located in a peaceful area of Rishikesh and guided with care and cultural sensitivity.

This is not luxury in a material sense. It is luxury of silence, safety, time, and care.
